Swimming Competition


Contingent  of SDN Utama I Tarakan which is represented by 6 students won Second Place in  The North East Kalimantan Elementary Level Swimming Competition  held at Wisma Patra Tarakan  for  full one day on Sunday, October 30, 2011.

One of the six students who represent the school, Setiyawan Rafly from the grade three of SDN Utama I Tarakan is the best swimmers on age group of 5 year with the achievement  of five gold medals and one silver.
As presented by Ms. Ajuni Batovi, Sports and Health teacher SDN Utama I Tarakan who accompany the students, the competition was very tight. Even the medals gains between SDN Utama I and SDN 018 Tarakan is not too far away. Furthermore, Mrs. Ajuni convey, in some style  followed by Rafly, the competitors is older compare to him. Of course, this condition will become opportunities for Rafly to next performance in the future. Rafly is still relatively young age.

The athlete is not less shiny  is Nur Aulia T, the Grade VI C that follow the 10 style pool, successfully get 3 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze. Mahendra Riski Junior C Grade VI and get 1 gold medal and 2 silver medals. While two students who become candidate of athletes , Naufal Andrien Attala and Zephaniah Immanuel Yus, both  students of class IA respectively - each contributed two gold medals. They also success with  four silver medals.
