Many Muslims in the world observe Eid-al-Adha. It is  also known as the Feast of Sacrifice. Actually,  event  commemorates Ibrahim’s (Abraham) willingness to sacrifice his son to God. This festival also marks the end of the Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca.

In Islam, sacrifice is worship to Allah SWT. This suggestion of course is for  all of us who has ability  to perform. Sacrifice will educate the soul to be sincere, griping pain and fosters a caring neighbor, which is the ultimate goal, increase our devotion to God Almighty.

As in previous years, SDN Utama I Tarakan always held this ceremony.  Sacrifice worship implementation, by doing fundraising, slaughter and meat distribution, fundraising activities began in October until two days before the feast of Adha Idhul.  SDN Utama I  Tarakan fundraising Committee  qurban who coordinated and collected on respectively - each class  in order to train and educate students to be carry out God's command within the limits of their ability.

As stated by Mr. Paino, S.Pd, one of the teacher  Islamic Education SDN Home I Tarakan "The aims of Implementation of sacrifice is to train and familiarize students to be able to share to others who are not able, particularly in the form of sacrifice animals. With hope, one day after when they become adults, they  would be easily   sacrifice and share with others. "

The Students Want To Know The Process

According to the head  of the Committee  of SDN Utama I Tarakan, Bu  Suhaena, S.Ag.  in this year's fundraising committee Sacrifice Main SDN I Tarakan successfully collect money for 25,204,000, - and 1 sheep.
