Volly Ball Competition

In order to participate in the match Student Voly ball  Competition held by the Town Board PBVSI of Tarakan City, SDN Utama  I Tarakan send 2 teams at once. Both teams are the students  grade V and VI. The team consists of  Riski Junior (VI C), Arda (VI C), Reza (VI C) and Teddy Marvin (VI A). The second team are  Rima (VI A), Natasha (VA), Surya Adelia R (VA) and Stephani (5A).

The annual event which is held by PBVSI is intended to find  future athletes of early age who will be selected to represent the City of Tarakan to a higher level.  As Mr. Sriyono stated,  extracurricular teacher of Voly Ball  of  SDN Utama I Tarakan, last year two students of SDN SDN Utama  I Tarakan was chosen as athlete. They are Yoanita and Mega.

This match  followed by  all Elementary School  of Tarakan City. The mechanism used to represent the cluster is the selection done by the teacher .  And  SDN Utama I Tarakan passed their 8 students to represent the school cluster. They are; Abbel, Gardapati, Reza for male teams  and female  team are 'Rima, Natasha, Nadia, Side O and Stephani.  As a coach and assistant team Force appointed, Mr. Sriyono for Vola team Voly Princess and Mr. Endang Kusnadi for the men's team.
